The link never arrived
Check your spam or promotions folder first — automated mail often lands there the first time. If it is not there, request another link; each new request replaces the previous one, so use the most recent email.
The link says it is no longer valid
Sign-in links work once and expire after 15 minutes. That is deliberate — it means an old email in your inbox is not a way into your account. Just request a new one.
I registered, and I am still waiting to be approved
That means the college could not match you to its records — usually because the address or the name it holds is out of date, not because of anything you did. The fastest fix is on your portal home: name someone from your class who is already a member and we will ask them to confirm you. One yes and you are in. Otherwise alumni relations checks unmatched registrations by hand, usually within a few working days.
Why is there no password?
Because a password is one more thing to lose, reuse, or have stolen from another site. A one-time link to an address only you can read proves the same thing with less to go wrong.
Still stuck
Write to alumni relations at the college and someone will sort it out by hand. Tell them the address you tried and your graduating year.
